Crap, I needed to kill the green first, he was the smart one.
The blue said, “Which of us is in charge with Allindris dead? The arrogant bastard never named a second. That’s the only real question, when that is determined we follow their lead.”
The green sighed in disgust, “Challenges? We are already only five, what matter is being in charge if the other four of us are dead?”
Cassie giggled, “I feel like I’m watching a three stooges’ movie. Why don’t you get charged up? I’ll keep watching and let you know their plans when they work it out. Hopefully they’ll split up at some point. Plus, you need to talk to your boss right?”
I nodded slowly, I could definitely refill my magic and get some rest.
“Thanks sis, call me if anything happens.”
She nodded as I opened a portal and stepped through. I hadn’t been this low since I was fourteen years old. I didn’t bother going inside anywhere, just walked past clubs with my succubus tendrils out gathering the lust and minute amounts of life energy. It took four clubs just to fill my personal energy. Oh, I could have gotten it all at one club, but not without making people tired if not completely knocking them out.
Crystals had the potential to hold more magic than I could personally, and I had a lot of empty ones, that had been keeping my shields up earlier. I lost count of the places I hit, even going to multiple cities. I was also hot mess when I was finished. My core was dripping, my body tingled all over and I was breathing a little hard. I needed sex very badly.
I could feel Terry at home through my stalker hair and opened a portal right into his living room. He was on the couch by himself, the television was on. He had a questioning look on his face as he took me in.
“Need you,” my voice came out raw, almost animalistic.
It was like torture, as if I’d endured days of being teased and held on the edge of rapture, but ultimately being denied my orgasm. I was out of my mind with it.
I pushed my jeans down and I saw his eyes glaze over in lustful need as my pheromones and succubus powers hit him like a truck. I licked my lips at the bulge that grew in his sweatpants as I swayed over to the couch and pulled them down enough to free his manhood.
I simply plunged down on him, impaling my center with his length. I screamed in joy and exploded in bliss and simply let the feeling take me. I rode the feeling of blissful ecstasy until I came down enough that I could think again. I smiled dreamily as moaned softly, his warm mouth and lips suckled at my sensitive hard nipple, the other one being pinched.
My body started rocking, my hips swiveling each time I rocked back and took all of him deep inside my warm wet pleasure. I exploded a second time in blissful rapture, and felt him lift me off of him and then push me to the side onto all fours quite forcefully. I felt his strong hands dig into my hips, and as I started to recover from the second orgasm I felt him thrust forcefully into me.
I smiled in pleasure and cried out for more, knowing I’d pushed him to such desperate and unyielding need made me feel sexy and powerful.
He pulled my hair, arching my back to raise my ass higher, increasing his penetration as he took me for his own pleasure. He spanked me hard, pulling a moan of satisfaction, pain, and approval from my lips. I started to buck back into him, matching the rhythm and violence of his plunging, punishing cock. It didn’t take long before he grew in me as I drove him to reckless release. I was ready to feel him fill me, wanted him to fill me.
And I told him so… I begged him for it in both a needy desperation but also with a touch of sultry in my voice.
“Oh goddess, give it to me, please fill me up.”
He grunted, “Fuck, you feel so good,” right before his body locked up tight.
I could feel him pulse within me as my walls fluttered, milked, and squeezed his entire length, claiming every drop of his seed. I collapsed forward onto the couch in bliss, just enjoying the release of the sexual pressure I’d built up from taking in all that lust and life.
I felt a surge of emotions from him of sexual satisfaction, and happiness. I also felt confusion, and a little bit of horror.
Shit. I did it again, didn’t I? Took his free will. Although I was almost sure he was willing, he was my lover… right?
“Sorry, I can explain, I had to channel a lot of energy, and I was… in need.”
His voice was a little hoarse, “I’m not concerned about that, you can take me anytime you want as far as I’m concerned, and I’ll love every moment of it.”
“Then what’s wrong?”
That’s when I felt it, something I hadn’t noticed when I came in due to my almost insane state of arousal. There was someone else in the house.
A young woman’s voice came out of the kitchen filled with humor, “Is it safe to come out yet?”
I blushed fiercely, “What? Who?”
He cleared his throat, “My sister, visiting from Florida.”
“Oh goddess, I’m so sorry,” I said it loud enough to be heard in the other room, “Just a minute.”
I jumped up and started getting dressed in a panic, something else I hadn’t done in years. Way to go Amber, good first impression on his family. Shit.
She laughed, “It’s okay, I didn’t see anything. I was in here making popcorn, and umm, well I heard you quite easily over the microwave, so knew not to come out.”
Well thank goddess for that, still. I was embarrassed, and that’s not an easy emotion for a succubus to feel.
“Alright, were dressed.”
A young woman walked out that looked about twenty, I was thankful for that, at least she was older. She was cute, her facial features. She had black hair, light green eyes that were twinkling right now, and an athletic body.
She grinned at me, “So you’re the woman he talks about constantly. I can see why, I’m straight and I still want to steal you from him.”
Terry cleared his throat, “This is my sister Antonia, but call her Toni, she hates her name. Toni, this is Amber.”
Toni’s voice sounded curious, “So is it always like that?”
Terry frowned but I laughed.
“No, that was actually pretty unique, normally I have much more control. It was an interesting night.”
She looked curious to find out more.
I left out the part about the battle to death with the dragon, but explained about succubus feeding, what it did to me, and that I had to channel a lot more life energy tonight than I had in a long time.
She asked, “Why were you so low?”
I made a face begging for forgiveness, “Classified.”
She blew out a breath and glared at her brother. Obviously Terry had given her that same line often. His sister did seem to be the cheery nosy type. But I’d take that over freaking out about what just happened anytime.
“Sorry, I couldn’t possibly explain anything, but if you happen to check the news about anything that happened a couple of hours ago near London, there’d be nothing I could do about it.”
Her eyes positively sparkled, she turned to Terry, “Don’t screw this one up, she’s a keeper,” and she ran out of the room.
He sounded worried, “What did happen?”
“That dragon? No longer a problem.”
He asked softly, “Can you stay? I should probably finish the movie with Toni when she gets back, but I’ll be ready for an encore in the privacy of my bedroom after that.”
I grinned, “I’d love to, I like your sister.”
We cuddled on the couch and stole kisses until Toni got back. It was oddly comfortable. After the movie we moved to the bedroom, where things got fun again for quite a while.
My sister still hadn’t gotten back to me on the dragon’s status, so I checked with her before falling asleep. She said they were still considering who to put in charge. So far they’d managed not to challenge, but it seemed to be split between the Green and the red. Personally I was rooting for the red dragon, he wasn’t as smart. I thought it strange they hadn’
t a greater sense of urgency about it, but then I remembered in one of Dawn’s memories she was told dragon arguments could last a long time.
I snuggled deeper into Terry’s side and fell asleep.
Chapter 13
I should have known better. I glared at the NSA suit, which had no effect whatsoever. The morons didn’t even wait long enough for me to grab a coffee. I was clean courtesy of magic but wearing the same jeans and t-shirt from yesterday. I didn’t want to go to the office in these clothes, I looked like a bratty senior in high school being brought to the principal.
There was a reason I dressed in professional clothes when I went to work.
Terry of course, got to go back to sleep, the bastard.
My voice was sickly sweet, “I need coffee guys, and I want to change. Let me out and I’ll still beat you to the front doors.”
“No, you should have thought about that before not reporting. I’m not letting you out of my sight.”
What the hell?
“I’m the one who almost died fighting a dragon, I was going to report this morning. My… family is watching the other dragons, and so far they haven’t decided what to do. You won’t let me out of your sight? Who do you think you’re talking too? I’m not a delinquent, pull the damn car over.”
That seemed to have an effect, he glared at me, “You are refusing my orders?”
I almost rolled my eyes, yeah, that would help convince him I wasn’t a bratty teen. It was my looks, it had to be. Or was he that big a control freak with everyone?
“I’m arguing with stupidity, let me follow your orders as I see fit, you don’t need to keep eyes on me.”
Damn NSA goons. Like the world will end if I change and get a coffee? I could just suck it up, but it was important to me. Both the caffeine, and looking professional before my peers. The idea of Susan seeing me being dragged in dressed like this turned my stomach.
The other guy said under his breath, “I don’t see the harm in her meeting us there.”
I had hope for a moment, but my nemesis merely clenched his jaw stubbornly.
Well hell. Screw it.
I embraced my magic and the world slowed around me. The car going sixty a moment ago seemed to be crawling a millimeter at a time. I opened the door, stepped out and opened a portal. I jumped through, changed into a long red skirt, and a creamy white blouse. I slipped on a pair of nice low heel sandals.
I opened a portal to a coffee house, poured a cup, stirred in some sugar and milk. I left three bucks on the counter and wrote a note, then took another portal back to the car. It had moved about three feet, so I walked over, slid back in the car and closed the door.
Releasing my magic I smiled as I took a sip of my coffee.
I said sultrily, “Never mind guys, I understand.”
I don’t even think they noticed. The nice one who wasn’t driving turned apologetically, and then covered his mouth to hold in his laugh when I winked and put a finger to my lips. I should have just done that to start with. I just didn’t get it though.
When we stopped and got out of the car, my favorite NSA agent turned an alarming shade of purple. Much like my glare had no effect on him, and I smiled beatifically at him.
My voice sounded concerned and quite conscientious, “We should go in, we don’t want to be late.”
He looked like he wanted to hit me, it was awesome. Okay, maybe I am as petty as a teenager sometimes, but he started it, damn it. We got through security and went to one of the interview rooms instead of my boss’s office. My boss had a serious face on, warning enough that I’d apparently stepped in it.
Maybe they’d like to fight the next one then? I’d never let that happen of course, but the thought was still there. I had my allies and friends here, but the fear and suspicion that some showed got old sometimes.
I sat down and sipped my coffee with a light smile on my face. It was either be amused by it or go into a rage, I chose the former. There was no point, since the world was how it was. I could either stomp my foot and cry foul, or I could deal. Anger wouldn’t change anything, and it would only hurt me. I chose to deal; life was pretty damn good actually, even with the bumps.
Bill asked, “What happened last night?”
I said, “Well, as we agreed I went to get Allindris’ answer to if he’d leave peacefully or not. After a very short conversation in which he declared war he tried to kill me.”
I went back and detailed the conversation word for word, my thoughts about his motives and his revealing of the plan. Then I recounted the argument the dragons had, and that they were being watched.
My buddy agent Smith asked, “And where are the other five?”
I replied, “Upstate New York, in the Adirondacks.”
He clenched his teeth. He really hated me for some reason.
My true favorite NSA agent, Jones asked, “Where in the Adirondacks, that’s a pretty big area.”
I nodded, “It is rather large, may I ask what you’ll be doing with the information?”
Bill shook his head at me and I sighed.
What happened to working together? I was a government asset.
I said softly, “Fine, but I thought the plan was to trap one, facing five at once is insane.” I gave them the coordinates.
Smith stood up with a smirk, “Don’t worry, we’ll contact you if we need anything.”
Jones shot me another apologetic look, and followed his partner out of the room.
“Sir,” I asked, “What the hell is going on?”
Bill replied softly, “I’m not sure. Someone in the NSA has a bug up his ass about you not reporting immediately. They found out from English Intelligence. My guess is someone over the pond complained about you as well, a US asset in a place she shouldn’t be without approval. I don’t know if they’ll send a drone, try to capture them, or invite them to a barbeque. All I was told was we were being cut out of it.”
I blew out a breath and took a sip of coffee. What a monumentally bad idea.
“Sir, this could turn out very bad.”
Bill sighed, “Do you think a drone with a powerful missile has a chance? I’d lay money that’s what they’re doing.”
I shrugged.
“A big enough conventional explosion would work if they’re caught by surprise. If they hear it coming they can be miles away in a second, in another second they’d be in the air hunting the drone. I won’t say it’s impossible, but it’s very unlikely. The problem is I don’t know how they would react if the drone fails, they may retaliate on Washington D.C. or another city.”
Bill looked uneasy, “I thought you had it all figured out.”
I smiled halfheartedly, “I expected to wait until they made a decision. If they split up I was going to work with the NSA to capture one. If they didn’t split up I was going to call in my family, maybe some other witches, and go after them. Maybe try and subdue the last one living or something. That whole idea is insane anyway, I don’t know what the NSA think they’d get out of a live one.”
But my paranoia was coming up with all sorts of things, like DNA experiments.
I packaged up my latest adventure and sent it to Cassie, she’d let me know what happens.
Bill sighed, “Fine, do you want a day off?”
I shrugged, “I’m here now, might as well stay. But I reserve the right to run off and butt in if all hell breaks loose.”
I waited for word, I didn’t expect it to take long. But we were wrong, nothing seemed to happen. Best I could figure the NSA must have just tasked a satellite. Maybe they were putting a plan together that involved more assets than a drone. I just didn’t know.
After work I changed into a comfortable pair of jeans and a loose shirt. I guess I was in the mood to slum it. They clubs weren’t open yet, so I skimmed a strip club and headed over to Lia’s. I wanted to stay the night, but my sister had been on dragon watch all damn day. I settled for a quickie and explained over dinner what was going on.
Lia was ve
ry understanding but made me promise to keep her up to date. I was also reminded I was supposed to start her training tomorrow. I went ahead and made her a communication necklace and showed her how to use it. She couldn’t do everything it was capable of yet, but she could use it to contact me.
After another toe curling kiss I went and relieved my sister. She had the spell set, all I’d need to do was feed it a little power every now and then.
Cassie said bluntly, obviously tired, “If anything happens contact me. I won’t be able to keep an eye on you, I need to go hunt, fuck, and sleep.”
I snickered, “Thanks sis. Have fun.”
She giggled naughtily, “Always.”
Then she simply disappeared.
Just because this spell was so cool I embraced my magic and studied it. I was able to keep an eye on the dragons easily enough while doing so. Time slowed, and if I could get in four hours or so of real time, I figured I’d have the spell. The dragons seemed like they were in slow motion, I watched as they continued to argue. Then one of them left for a few minutes.
When he came back he had a deer over his shoulder. One of the reds roasted it and they all ate.
The spell was really fascinating, it seemed to collect the light from all directions, then it projected what it saw out onto what appeared to be a circular inward facing television screen that surrounded me, but what it really was is an illusion. It literally built billions of dots of colored light, I wonder if she got the idea from a DLP television. Regardless I thought I was starting to understand all the steps well enough to spin out my own.
I absently watched as the dragons bedded down, looks like they were going to sleep.
My eyes popped open wide. Of course. The NSA wasn’t stupid, neither was the military. They must be watching by satellite, and prepared to move in when they’re asleep. That might work, but I wouldn’t count on it. They were predators, I doubted they were heavy sleepers, and they’d scent any approaches by foot long before they got there.
I walked outside the spell but kept it active and tried to spin my own version. It came up and it was obviously the dragon camp, but it was blurry and splotchy, as if some of the pixels overlapped, and some were in the wrong place. I cancelled it and went to find out where I went wrong.
